Track Your Order

Stay updated on the status of your orders on Wemarka.

Order Statuses

Your order will go through these stages:

| Status | Description | |--------|-------------| | Pending | Order received, awaiting seller confirmation. | | Confirmed | Seller has confirmed and is preparing your order. | | Shipped | Order is on its way. Tracking info may be available. | | Delivered | Order has been delivered to your address. | | Cancelled | Order was cancelled by you or the seller. |

View Your Orders

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to My Account → Orders.
3. Click on an order to see full details.

Tracking Information

Once a seller marks your order as Shipped, tracking details will appear on the order detail page. Delivery times depend on the seller's location and shipping method.

If your order status hasn't updated or you have concerns, reach out to the seller directly through the order detail page, or contact Wemarka support.
