Setting Up Your Store

Ready to sell on Wemarka? This guide walks you through the seller onboarding process.

Prerequisites

  • A verified Wemarka account.
  • Valid business information for KYC verification.

Onboarding Steps

1. Apply as a Seller

From your account, navigate to the Seller Dashboard or visit seller.wemarka.com. Click Get Started to begin the application.

2. Complete KYC Verification

You will need to provide:

  • Store name — Your public brand name on the marketplace.
  • Business registration — Upload your commercial registration document.
  • National ID — A valid government-issued ID.

3. Wait for Approval

Our team reviews applications within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email when your store is approved.

4. Set Up Your Store

Once approved:

  1. Add your products (see Managing Products).
  2. Configure your store settings.
  3. Your store goes live automatically when you publish your first product.
